Reohn Zeleznik Director and Co-Owner. Reohn graduated acquiring BA and BS degrees from the University of California system with majors in Business Administration, Education Curriculum and Psychology of Leaning (California Life Teaching Credentials), Art and Art History, European History, Russian History, and English. He was contracted by the Department of Interior as a curriculum specialist for specific schools overseas. Returning to the United States and a career change he worked with major motion picture studios in set design. This move lead to the creation of decorative art studios in Woodside, California, and Las Vegas, Nevada. After 35 years working as a decorative artisan he retired to a more peaceful career of teaching finishes, directing the school and contributing to Definitive Paint and Design Center. Definitive has had accolades of being one of the most unique and beautiful paint/faux supply "department store" in the country.
Johnny Corlett, with his education and experience in interior design as well as master training in decorative painting, joined Reohn in 1985. Johnny is very much aware of what is happening in the interior design world and is the individual designers seek for their projects. The paint store is under his direction and he is responsible for expanding it into a design center with custom fine wall wall covering, silk floral arrangements, accessories, gifts, porcelian, crystal, jewel frames and boxes. Johnny also teaches half the courses of the Definitive School of Decorative Arts.
